Learning for Life
Every summer Camp Kalikow in Alpine, New Jersey, provides a weeklong residential camping experience to over 200 scouts with disabilities.

Programs - Quality of Life

In the following program areas, the Foundation focuses its funding in the New York City region:

  • Healthier Kids: Programs that contribute to the healthy development and rehabilitation of at-risk children.
  • Relief of Poverty, Illness and Distress: Programs that provide essential human services to the elderly and infirm, the homeless, and those who are economically disadvantaged or victims of disaster.
  • Quality Health Care: Health care providers and medical research facilities.
  • Diversity: Programs that help to achieve equality for all people by promoting civil rights, inclusiveness and respect for people’s differences, and education programs that serve minority students.
